1. This machine is applied in horizontal type, the inner and outer drum are made of all stainless stainless steel, they are eroded proof, so the machines never be hurt the textile during washing.
2. Safe for the operator because there are incorporated lock on the inner door ( the door of the cylinder)and electronic interlock on the shell door.
If the doors are not closed properly, the machines are disable to start, besides the machines will stop as soon as the doors being opened during the machine's running to ensure the safety of the operators
3. The drive system is been from the motor drive to the cylinder's spindle by 2 grades triangle belt. Low noise, safe and stable operation.
4. Easy to operate with button design from start to stop on the electric box, there're buttons of washing time, temperature set; Finishing warning; Power, running indication lamp; Manual, automatic switch; Direct, back turn.
5. The machine is designed of timing controlling. According to the washing requirements, adjust the time, it will shut down automatically.
6. Washing and Dyeing Machine is equipped with one water level gauge and temperature control automatically system. User install the steam inlet solenoid valve in the steam inlet pipe and insulating tube, the temperature rise automatically and control temperature.
7. Washing and Dyeing Machine use the frequency converter according to user's requirement, adjust the roller speed automatically by the washing process need.
8. The water inside the drum can be heated by electricity or steam as you require.
