This flatwork Ironer is with hand touch screen, that you are able to operate the machine by hand -touch type screen
Besides you are able to watch all the machine's condition from hand touch screen including, frequency, Voltage, Electric, and speed.
Operator is also able to set up speed by the hand touch screen
The ironer adopts a single drive motor which can save energy. The frequency converter system can adjust the ironing speed from 8~40 m/min with the change of temperature, type of fabrics, moisture, etc.
The chests adopt a unique heating chamber recycle system with many strips on double sides. Steam can flow in the chamber with high efficiency. In addition, the chests are covered by thermal insulators to reduce heat losses.
Features:
1. The machine adopts speed-adjusted, users can choose ironing speed according to different fabrics and pressed conditions
2. Using pressure steam cylinder or infrared quartz tube, to heat drum surface, high heating efficiency.
3. The machine adopts retarder to make the gear down, be with high speed rate, high efficiency over loading ablility and low noise.
4. Driving by chains, that can bear a very beavy loading.
5. Using wide conveyer belt for the fabric transmission system, which can avoid to happen the flowing phenomenon during the period of transmission.
6. Each cylinder possesses different speeds, which makes the efficiency better.
7. The steam input of the cylinder adopts rotary connections for sealing to avoid steam leaking, with long life.
8. We have successfully developed four, five and six cylinders ironing machine, customers could improve the ironing machine according to your requirements
